A real-time ray tracer implementing the ReSTIR algorithm using WebGPU for browser-based rendering.
Web-RTRT is a real-time ray tracing implementation that runs directly in web browsers using the WebGPU API. It implements the ReSTIR (Reservoir Spatiotemporal Importance Resampling) algorithm to achieve high-performance, physically-based rendering with global illumination effects in real-time.
The project demonstrates that advanced real-time ray tracing techniques previously limited to native applications can now run efficiently in web browsers using modern graphics APIs.
