Dylan is an AI-powered development utility suite that combines production-ready CLI tools with an experimental concept library to enhance developer workflows. It leverages Claude Code to automate common development tasks, reducing manual effort and improving consistency.

- AI Code Review — Analyzes git diffs to provide severity-graded feedback, suggested fixes, and supports JSON output for automation.
- Standup Report Generation — Creates daily standup reports from recent git commits and GitHub PRs with customizable time ranges.
- Pull Request Management — Automates PR creation with title and description generation, branch management, and GitHub CLI integration.
- Release Management — Handles version bumping, changelog updates, release notes generation, and git tag management.
- Experimental Concept Library — Contains proof-of-concepts for automated review flows, product requirement prompts, and bug triage to explore Claude Code's capabilities.
Philosophy
This project follows KISS and YAGNI principles, starting with simple implementations in the concept library and graduating proven ideas to production utilities through modular design and progressive enhancement.
