Overview
Lightweight, zero-dependency Ruby library for parsing the Accept-Language HTTP header. Implements RFC 4647 Basic Filtering to match user language preferences against available locales. Supports quality values, wildcards, exclusions, prefix matching, and BCP 47 tags.
